Poor Reporting

Undoubtedly data is now a key strategic asset for every organisation. Whether you are planning, monitoring, managing, improving or reporting, without data it’s all guess work. Digital Transformation by default enables manual processes to be executed digitally which, provided you have the right system in place, will generate tons of data in a format that you can do something with. Reporting mustn’t be data for data’s sake however; identifying what you wish to report on and what the outcomes you seek to derive from the reporting is key in establishing what you need to report on in the first place.
