Poor Human Experience

The human experience is now widely recognised as the key to success. Mental wellbeing is top of every agenda, and rightly so. Stress, and workplace pressure have no place in today’s working world, and the same applies with new systems and processes. Change is widely recognised as a source of stress, so it makes sense to design and deploy processes and change that minimise negative feelings. A positive sentiment will after all, make change all the more successful. To that end, let’s look at common human challenges, both internally with team members and externally, as part of the customer journey.
