ISAAC Referral Partner

As a Referral Partner, you are instrumental in the early-stage requirement gathering and qualification of your customers’ needs, prior to leading the introduction to your Partner Manager. Let’s face it, your customers partner with you because they love what you do – it’s our job to ensure that we align with your approach and continue to provide a seamless and satisfying customer journey.

From the point of introduction, ISAAC will provide the necessary demonstrations, further qualification, discovery, scope and all support throughout the entire customer lifecycle. With you retaining the relationship management role, it’s a partnership that is deeply rooted in customer experience excellence, with the utmost respect for you and your customer relationships.

Commercially, you receive a referral bonus when your customer goes live and further bonuses as volumes increase, including the addition of new users and repeat business, for the duration of the customer lifecycle!

ISAAC Distribution Partner

As a Distribution Partner you manage the qualification, demo and sales process in partnership with your Partner Manager. As you also provide Level 1 support, you must evidence the required skills and technical expertise required to satisfactorily provide Level 1 support. ISAAC provide 2nd line support to your teams and full technical training. Under the Distribution Partner agreement, ISAAC do not support your customers directly, because we know that part is important to you

As a Distribution Partner, you are responsible for billing and collecting payment from your customer, providing valuable revenue and margin for your business as well as the all-important customer ownership. As a result, you earn for the entire lifecycle of the customer, and your Partner Manager will work with you to identify additional requirements and opportunities both in individual customers and throughout your customer base.
