Job Description: Launched to market in 2015, we are growing rapidly and seek intelligent, dynamic and successful technology Business Development Managers to join our team. Working directly with the Managing Director and working alongside your Business Development colleagues and technical team members, you are required to drive and develop aggressive sales growth across the following key Digital Transformation solutions:
  • Microsoft Office 365
  • Oxygen Digital Workplace (Intranet, CRM, Extranet, Document Management, HelpDesk and HR)
  • Cyber-Security & Compliance
  • Virtualization (Azure/AWS/AD)
  • Data Visualization
  • IP / Mobile Voice & IoT
Your role will focus on driving sales led business growth, delivering against your own, team and business KPI’s and maintaining the highest level of professionalism and customer focus throughout. You will be ambitious and intelligent with a high-level of integrity and cloud-technology knowledge. Armed with the ability and natural charm to develop long-term valuable relationships with customers, you will be a proven winner who can rapidly understand our solutions in detail and the value we add in providing innovative digital transformation solutions to businesses, becoming ISAAC brand ambassadors and ensuring our customers do too. We have a loyal and growing customer base, a strong social media presence and an innovative RoadMap of customer solutions; all combine to provide an incredibly powerful go to market offering, providing unique and fully end to end Digital Transformation Solutions and the only company Globally to provide fully managed Office 365 and SharePoint applications. You will be provided with all the tools you need to be successful, including product training, sales masterclasses and a constant stream of well qualified leads from our multiple direct marketing campaigns, social media, customer referrals and channel partners.

  • Deliver consistent results against monthly, quarterly, annual, team and whole business targets
  • Collaborate with colleagues in Marketing and Technical functions to achieve whole business goals
  • Be an ISAAC brand ambassador
  • Essential Knowledge, Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
    • Previous solutions sales experience in technology solutions is important but not a pre-requisite
    • You should have a demonstrable knowledge and appreciation for technology and the benefits it brings to working practices and human life
    • Methodical approach to solution selling and achieving targets consistently
    • Demonstrable skills in Requirement Qualification, Facilitation, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Thinking and Presentation
    • A strong academic and continuing professional development record, ideally including good degree or other qualification
