ISAAC Intelligence – Review of 2015

And stop, breathe… relax. Christmas is that wonderful time of year when you finally get a chance to stop, take stock and have a breather; albeit, maybe only for a day or two!   And what a year 2015 has been.

After an extensive period of in-depth Research & Development at ISAAC, having been founded in June 2013, we finally launched to market in January of this year, in fact, exactly 19 months to the date of our incorporation.

We decided that our very own version of Silicon Valley, Thames Valley, was the right location from which to base ourselves; next door to our good friends at Microsoft and close enough to every kind of major transportation infrastructure made it an ideal choice. As we have grown over the year, we were very excited to open our second office in early December, in London Victoria which is undergoing an incredible transformation from old London to chic new destination. Having a presence in our Capital City has always been a key ingredient for me, assisting us in attracting the right talent and of course, placing us right in the heartland of many of our customers. We are delighted to extend our excellent relationship with Regus as a result.

Our product and solutions portfolio has continued to develop and evolve since launch, thanks in the main to the feedback from our fantastic customers. Having founded, built and headed a large telecoms business previously, I was acutely aware of the necessity to build and maintain excellent customer relationships – something that we never accomplished at my previous organisation, largely because of its volume and commoditised nature – at ISAAC, my co-directors and I agreed wholeheartedly that the DNA we built ISAAC upon had to feature customer and employee relationships front and centre, and as such, we enjoy true partnerships with each of our customers; each working with us to provide feedback on new features and functionality within our solutions. We are also extremely proud of our unblemished 100% record of repeat business.

The ISAAC Elements for SharePoint range are a suite of fully functioning application templates, that can be provided as standalone applications to simplify and manage any one of the above functions, or they can be provided as an inter-connecting suite, simplifying every aspect of your business processes, and integrating with 3rd party applications such as Outlook, Sage, MailChimp, SAP and so on. They can then be further developed to align and automate your specific workflows; unlike other applications on the market where you typically have to adapt your own working practices to suit that of the application. Similarly, you have to switch from one app to the other dependent on the role or function you are completing.

The commonality of user interface in ISAAC Elements simplifies training throughout your organisation and ensures that employee adoption is swift and effective, creating an engaged and motivated team – happy employees, happy customers.

As a cloud centric business, we have also perfected a guaranteed zero loss / zero downtime Office 365 migration solution. This enables your business to benefit from the power of Office 365 simply and effectively, without all the hassle of managing the move, or the threat of taking your company offline or losing data in the process. This particular solution can also include the creation and training around best practice of your own Yammer social network and Skype for Business platforms.

Financially, we have exceeded all of our own heady expectations; growing customer numbers ten-fold over the year, breaking into profit in only our 9th month of trading, increasing our headline revenue line by 244% and our recurring revenue line by 527% in H2 over H1, as well as creating two new solutions from the ground up in Oxygen CRM and CRM-WM and already providing these solutions to a growing number of customers. We have diverse customer relationships in all corners of the UK, as well as in California, Kuwait, Qatar and Dubai.

An exceptional first year and a tremendous platform to build upon. So 2016.. our new website launches in the first week of January so watch out for that changing at www.ISAACIntelligence.com, along with some very exciting new partnerships, further recruitment, and of course growth in our customer numbers, along with a couple of surprise announcements in Q1.2015 has been great, but 2016 is going to be even better!
