Job Description:

In any technology enabled transformation programme, clients want consultants to be able to talk to them in their language, to be able to understand their issues and translate their requirements into technology solutions.  Business & Technology consultants (BTC) work with our client executives and employees to translate current processes into the foundation of new technology-led solutions, helping clients transform the value of their processes and provide an agile and innovative approach to achieving effective results. Becoming the subject matter expert and trusted advisor, our Business & Technology consultants are able to talk about the processes and technology solution in business terms, ensuring the right solution and processes are implemented for our clients business

In your work, you will be expected to understand, support sales and pre sales activity and design and implement the following:

  • Business Process Re-engineering;
  • Business Analysis Methodologies;
  • Business Case creation and Benefits tracking;
  • Requirements Gathering;
  • Package Selection;
  • Business Change Management;
  • Technology Enabled Transformation.

Desired Skills and Experience:

We are looking for the highest calibre individuals who exhibit the following attributes, experience and skills that enable them to deliver rapid value to our clients:

  • A strong academic and continuing professional development record, ideally including good degree or management qualification;
  • Demonstrable skills in Facilitation, Stakeholder Engagement, Strategic Thinking, Presentation and Coaching

Highly desirable is full lifecycle experience of Cloud computing, Microsoft Office365, SharePoint and Virtual desktop benefits as well as a detailed knowledge of the supporting business processes;

  •  A strong teamwork ethic with a proven ability to work collaboratively;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills – both oral and written;
  • Highly developed critical thinking, interpretative and analytical skills;
